Turnkey Laboratory HVAC Project with AHU and Duct | RFQ Sourcing Details

This turnkey heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning project is designed for laboratories and cleanroom facilities requiring project-specific air treatment and distribution.

The offered scope centers on an air handling unit (AHU) and ductwork and can be configured as a centralized AHU system or a decentralized fan filter unit system, depending on the project. The listed cleanroom applications include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, electronics, and hospital facilities.

Supported configurations cover ISO 5 through ISO 8 environments. Published control parameters include an adjustable temperature range of 18–26°C with ±0.5°C control, relative humidity of 40–60% with ±5% control, and pressure differentials from 10 to 50 Pa in positive- or negative-pressure arrangements.

Air-change rates are specified as 15 to more than 600 changes per hour, depending on the required ISO class and system design.
