This turnkey slaughterhouse cold storage system is designed for controlled-temperature operations in beef, pork, lamb, and poultry processing facilities, as well as meat packing, distribution, and cold-chain warehouses.

Depending on the project scope, the system can include pre-cooling rooms, chilling rooms, carcass cooling rooms, meat aging rooms, frozen storage rooms, blast freezing rooms, and dispatch cold rooms.

Supported configuration options include custom room dimensions, storage capacity, operating temperature, refrigeration equipment, insulated panels, doors, and carcass-handling rails.

Listed temperature ranges are 0°C to +4°C for pre-cooling and chilling rooms, 0°C to +2°C for meat aging rooms, -18°C to -25°C for frozen storage, and -30°C to -40°C for blast freezing. The final operating range depends on the selected room and refrigeration design.

The enclosure can use PU or PIR insulated sandwich panels.
