Original product description

This aluminum ingot casting machine is designed to receive molten aluminum alloy, distribute it into ingot molds at a constant speed, cool the cast metal, and demould the finished ingots. The semi-automatic line uses PLC control and frequency-conversion speed regulation.

The stated line configuration includes a head mechanism, an eight-hole distributor, a tail mechanism, a cooling system, and a pneumatic demoulding and ingot-turning mechanism. Conventional line lengths are 18, 20, and 22 meters. Custom lengths can be designed to suit customer requirements.
