CT-SP-BOX is a chic house for commercial use, such as store/shop, office, showroom, cafe, studio, etc. If you want to cater to the young peope and those tasteful group, this is a good choice. It is container type house but not a container, it is fully made of extruded aluminum, with much better performance.
Its designed usage life is not less than 50 years, it can bear super typhoon and M8 earthquake. It can be built anywhere as long as it is needed and can be transported to there, no matter what climate and landform.
Made of aluminum, it is much lighter than steel house, but much more durable, almost needs no maintenance, so it can save a lot of money in the future. Aluminum will not rust, it can be almost 100% recycled, will not polute the environment.
It is waterproof, moisure-proof, rust-proof, wind-resistant, earthquak-resistant, insect resistant and non-combustible. The house is assembled in our factory, and it will be tranported after assembly. After receiving it, the buyer only needs a small crane to hang it onto the foundation.
The foundation can be concrete, steel or other types as long as it can bear the house's weight and make sure it is flat. We will provide foundation drawing, the buyers hire local construction team to make it.
