This turnkey ice cream production line is a customizable, semi-automatic system for industrial ice cream processing. The stated capacity range is 1,000–10,000 L/h, and the equipment uses electric power with thermal processing.
The process description covers ingredient mixing, homogenization, sterilization, cooling, aging, filling, freezing, and packing, with alternative downstream routes for soft, base, and hard ice cream products.
The described pasteurization section can include a buffer tank, pump, plate heat exchanger, hot-water system, temperature-control system, and concentrated acid and caustic systems.
