Stacker Crane AS/RS for pallets is an automated system that efficiently stores and retrieves goods, replacing manual warehousing tasks. The storage and retrieval machine(SRM) operate as a crane that moves horizontally within a single aisle.
Double Deep Pallet Automated Warehouse Storage System (AS/RS) renowned for its high-density pallet storage, rapid operation, and adaptability. Its versatile design spans up to 40 meters, allowing customization to seamlessly integrate into your specific installation environment and operational requirements.
Solution Introduction: ASRS is the main application form in the field of non-dense automated storage. The system consists of stacker crane, pallet conveying system, ASRS racking system, and WMS/WCS management and control system.
Compared to dense storage systems, this system can manage any pallet position and is suitable for storage modes with a large number of SKUs and requirements for return and sorting.
According to the requirements of the project, single-deep or double-deep design can be carried out to compensate for the insufficient storage density.
The design of circular rail can be carried out based on the different efficiency of inbound and outbound operations, in order to reduce the number of stacker cranes and lower costs. The stacker crane is the core equipment of the system.
The equipment consists of a horizontal driving device, vertical lifting device, and opts a German Demag walking device, the lifting adopts a winch lifting design, and the forks are selected from European imported brands. The overall design is compact.
Use QR code precise positioning control in both horizontal and vertical directions. The whole machine has innovative design, stable structure, fast driving speed, high acceleration, high positioning accuracy, and low driving noise.
The specially treated anti low temperature design makes this system also suitable for cold storage projects.
