The FUJI NXTR is a modular SMT chip mounter intended for high-speed, precision electronics assembly. Available configurations include the 1R, 1RT, 2RV, and 2R modules. The modular design allows buyers to select placement heads and modules for their production requirements and reconfigure the line after installation.
Supported operating data includes throughput up to 60,000 components per hour with an RH28 head on a 2RV module with MFU-63 in productivity-priority mode. Standard-mode placement accuracy is stated as ±0.025 mm with Cpk ≥ 1.00 across the listed RH28, RH20, RH08, RH02, and RH01 heads.
